4. Listings & third parties
Listings are submitted by landlords and moderated before publication. Hello Leuven does not verify every claim. Any rental agreement is solely between landlord and tenant.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hello Leuven is not liable for indirect damages, disputes between users, or losses arising from property transactions.
6. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Courts in Leuven, Belgium have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
