Landlord Terms & Conditions

1. Scope
These terms apply when you submit or manage a property listing on Hello Leuven.
2. Landlord obligations
You confirm your property complies with the Flemish Housing Code (Vlaamse Wooncode) and applicable safety standards. You are responsible for accurate pricing, availability, and property descriptions.
3. Platform role
Hello Leuven acts solely as an advertising medium and holds no liability for property conditions, standards, or contract enforcement between landlord and tenant.
4. Submission & moderation
Listings are reviewed before going live. We may reject or remove listings that are inaccurate, non-compliant, or misleading. Listing is currently free; premium placement options may be introduced later.
5. Passcodes & access
You receive a unique passcode to edit your listing. Keep it confidential. Anyone with your Property ID and passcode can modify or delete your listing.
6. Communications & consent
If you opt in, Hello Leuven may store your email to send listing status updates, platform notifications, and valuable insights, updates, or offers regarding relevant local property services and marketplace solutions. You may withdraw consent at any time.
7. Acceptance
By submitting a listing and accepting the checkbox on the listing form, you agree to these Landlord Terms & Conditions.
